With the announcement of the new Mechwarrior game, there seems to be a good deal of early buzz and anticipation already. I’m actually quite surprised by the whole thing, as I figured people just weren’t into the half-simulation/half-action type of games anymore. But not only is the new Mechwarrior announced (not as a sequel, but as a series reboot), but it’s also including some of the original “unseen” mechs, such as the Warhammer and Rifleman whose image rights had been lost over the years.
