Virtual On broke into the arcades in 1995, introducing a fast-paced robotic fighting game. Unique to the game was the usage of twinsticks - two joysticks - to direct the characters on the screen. The original soon found its way to the Sega Saturn and PC, and in later years, the PS2. It's sequel Oratorio Tangram, was released in 1998 on Sega's Model 3 Step 2 board. The third game in the series VO4, introduced a new concept - four players while Marz, a home-exclusive sought to expand the game other ways.
